Vikram Chavan brings over 12 years of experience in the solar energy industry, with deep expertise in EPC project execution, financial planning, strategic operations, and team management. With a strong engineering background and extensive knowledge of renewable energy solutions, he has successfully overseen the planning, design, and commissioning of rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects, ensuring operational efficiency, cost optimization, and timely delivery.
He possesses an end-to-end understanding of the solar value chain—from technology selection to client advisory—which enables him to drive innovation and sustainable growth across every initiative. Vikram has played a pivotal role in executing large-scale projects under open-access and investment models, including high-capacity ground-mounted solar plants, delivering reliable, scalable, and high-quality solutions.
An expert in resource allocation, project feasibility analysis, and client relationship management, Vikram is committed to operational excellence and advancing India’s clean energy ambitions. Mr. Amit Ajit Mudgal is a visionary leader and a passionate renewable energy professional with a strong commitment to sustainable development. Since entering the solar power sector in 2018, he has become a recognized expert in rooftop/domestic and industrial solar solutions, overseeing the entire solar value chain—from administration, marketing, and finance to EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) and the installation & commissioning (I&C) of solar energy systems.
Coming from a business-oriented family, Mr. Mudgal built a solid foundation in entrepreneurship and management, further strengthened by a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Pune University. Before founding Radiant Energy Corp, he served as Director at AM Solar Turnkey India Pvt. Ltd., where he gained hands-on experience in end-to-end solar project execution and strategic business operations.
As CEO of the Rooftop & Industrial Solar Division at Radiant Energy Corp, Mr. Mudgal drives innovation and operational excellence, positioning the company as a trusted partner in clean energy adoption. Under his leadership, the division delivers customer-centric solar solutions that are efficient, scalable, and sustainable, serving residential, commercial, and industrial clients across the region.
Dr. Pritam Keshavdas Gujarathi is the driving force behind radiant energy corp technological innovation, strategic growth, and renewable energy solutions. In his role as Chief Technology, Innovation & Business Development Officer, he leads the company’s R&D initiatives, overseas solar EPC project design, and implements cutting-edge energy technologies to deliver scalable, sustainable innovative solutions. Dr. Pritam Keshavdas Gujarathi is a seasoned technology consultant and industry innovator with over 20 years of global experience in delivering transformative energy solutions, driving business development, and leading R&D initiatives in sustainable technologies. Holding a Ph.D. in Engineering with specialization in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Electric Vehicles (EVs), Dr. Gujarathi combines deep technical expertise with a strategic vision to design and implement practical, scalable solutions for the renewable energy sector.
As a Certified Energy Auditor recognized by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Government of India, his work focuses on optimizing energy efficiency, solar energy integration, and smart energy systems. He has collaborated with leading organizations such as H&R Johnson India Limited, contributing to energy-efficient manufacturing practices, and Delta 4 Industries, where he advanced eco-friendly industrial machinery and energy-efficient solutions aligned with global sustainability standards.
Dr. Gujarathi’s international engagements across four continents reflect his ability to bridge cutting-edge research with real-world applications. Notably, his recent participation in the Technical University of Munich (TUM) ROW program highlights his role in fostering global R&D collaborations and delivering innovative, future-ready solutions.
His expertise spans solar EPC project design, IoT-enabled energy management, EV infrastructure, smart automation, and sustainable industrial systems, with a proven track record of translating advanced technologies into business growth.
