Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Overall leadership and coordination of project execution.

Ensure the project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments (engineering, procurement, finance).

Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report to senior management.

Approve site work plans, change orders, and commissioning schedules.

Responsibilities:

Electrical Engineer:

Supervise installation of modules, inverters, transformers, and electrical panels.

Ensure cable routing, earthing, and terminations as per design and standards.

Conduct pre-commissioning and insulation resistance testing.

Civil Engineer:

Supervise construction of foundations, cable trenches, inverter rooms, and internal roads.

Monitor quality of concrete, steel, and civil finishes.

Ensure structural works comply with approved drawings and codes.

FULL-TIME

Responsibilities:

Lead pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for the solar plant.

Perform system energization, functional checks, and synchronization.

Verify performance of electrical systems, inverters, and SCADA communication.

Prepare commissioning documentation and test reports.

Train O&M staff on system operation and troubleshooting.
